Time of our Lives

Senior Year is called the time of your life.

Everything is supposed to happen senior year. Everyone makes it out to be so much fun with senior fundraisers, senior trip, and senior lunches. But they always forget to mention the stress that comes with being a senior. The responsibilities that come with being a senior are endless. Between keeping up with all the senior meetings and fundraisers. Although a lot of it can be stressful, it is also a lot of fun. The memories that will be created during senior year will be unforgettable. But i think every senior will tell you the same thing...I cannot wait to graduate!

  1. You're certainly right about the stresses of senior year. In fact, some of my most memorable events from my senior year were stress-related. It was whirlwindish the way things went down; I was a junior with basically no cares and suddenly a senior trying to take SATs, get into college, and so on.

While I'm sure that you cannot wait to graduate (many are undoubtabely in your shoes), take care not to wish it all away so soon.

As a class sponsor, I can remember when y'all were freshmen; it doesn't seem that long ago in fact. Our biggest responsibility was serving breakfast to those ordering rings. Nowadays, we're organizing an overseas trip, trying to fund said trip, trying to get into colleges, take the SATs, and so much more.

Sure, the stresses are greater, but I must admit that I don't want the year to end so soon because then Banner's best class will be gone and I'll have to start over with a new batch of freshmen.

  2. Being a Senior sounds really stressful! But I am sad that we don't have this tuff in Germanuy. We have a party after we're through all the exams, but we don't have a senior trip or senior lunches. You are really lucky! :)
Even though I can't wait to graduate, I makes me really sad that in my senior year I won't have all these special things wich make it so great to be a senior.
